Jesse Allen has been the Next-Gen Pastor at One Church since June 2026. He married his wife, Jessica, in August 2024.

Jesse graduated from Vanguard College with a Bachelor's Degree of Theology in Pastoral Ministry in 2024. While a student, Jesse interned at a small inner-city church that was focused on doing homeless outreach.

Jesse's heart is to serve the Lord, and to be an example to those around him. He wishes to reach out to those who have not yet heard the gospel news of Christ, as well as to mentor those who have started that walk with the Lord already.
