Food Hamper program

You will receive one hamper every three months. Pick-ups need to be done between 10:30am and 12 noon on your scheduled day at the nearest location to you.

  • Find the closest church to your residence and contact them first. If you live near One Church (either location), fill out our contact form and we will be in touch with you. You can also visit us during the week at 5101 31 Street, Lloydminster, AB. or call 780-875-5464.

  • You will need one piece of government-issued photo ID for yourself, and you will also need to provide provincial health cards for every other person in your household.

  • Yes, we do need your signature to go ahead with the referral. However, we can start the process over the phone if you’d like; call 780-875-5464.
